The following Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, originating in the House of Delegates, were
this day, at 9.30 o'clock, A. M., presented to the Gov-
ernor for his approval:
Chapter 54. An Act to repeal sections 201, 202, 203,
204 and 205, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Washington County," sub-title
"Hagerstown," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Chapter 55. An Act to repeal sections 161 and 162,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Wash-
ington County," sub-title "Hagerstown," and to re-
enact the following in lieu thereof in amending and
revising the charter of Hagerstown and providing for
the government thereof.
