House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments new section 137, of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Man land, title
"Elections," as enacted by the Acts of 1890, chapter
538.
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Arundel, Ireland, Lane, Carrico, Maddox, Orrick,
Cole, Elliott, Hamilton, Jr., Schlaffer, Collins, Wooters,
Leonard, Anderson, Sterling, Smith, of Dorchester,
Miles, Kirk, Grove, of Cecil, Bowie, of Prince George's,
Hill, Perrie, Wallen, Godwin, Wilkinson, McSherry,
Stearns, Deen, Johnson, Thompson, Fuld, Brennan,
Carter, Field, O'Conor, Gill, Sanders, Frincke, Carr,
Cornthwaite, Joyce, Smith, of Washington, Fockler,
Shafer, Garrett, Griffith, Barber, Stottlemyer, Haines,
Berret, Laws, Moore, Bittinger, Michaels—60.
NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

The House, at 12.30 P. M., adjourned.
HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
March 4th, 1892.
The following Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, originating in the House of Delegates, were
this day, at 9.30 o'clock, A. M., presented to the Gov-
ernor for his approval:
Chapter 54. An Act to repeal sections 201, 202, 203,
204 and 205, of Article 22, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Washington County," sub-title
"Hagerstown," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Chapter 55. An Act to repeal sections 161 and 162,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Wash-
ington County," sub-title "Hagerstown," and to re-
enact the following in lieu thereof in amending and
revising the charter of Hagerstown and providing for
the government thereof.
