In section 86, line 9, after the words "hold their"
insert "offices respectively," as follows : ' 'Two for the
term of two years, two for the term of four years, and
one for the term of six years, the said respective terms
to be determined as follows : that is to say, five ballots
shall be marked by — in the following manner: two
ballots shall be marked two years, two ballots shall be
marked four years and one ballot shall be marked six
years, and said ballots shall be uniform in size and on
paper in every respect similar, and after having been
so marked shall be folded respectively alike and placed
in a box to be drawn therefrom; after having been so
folded and placed in said box each member of said
Board of County Commissioners shall draw from said
box one ballot and the term of years written on such
ballot dhall determine the term of office of the respec-
tive members of said Board so drawing the same, and
the said Commissioners shall receive as full compen-
sation for their services the sum of three hundred dol-
lars per annum, payable monthly, and shall not re-
ceive any extra compensation of any kind whatsoever,
and they shall meet at their office in Upper Marl-
borough twice each month, or oftener, if in their
judgment the public interest shall require, and at all
ensuing general elections the same order as to the
election of the successors of the parties whose terms
shall have expired, shall be observed so as to carry
out the provisions of this Act."

In section 86, in line 2, after the words "shall be
elected," insert as follows: "Two County Commis-
sioners to serve in the place of those whose terms
shall then expire, and at said general election in 1895
two more to serve in place of those whose terms shall
so expire, and at the general ejection in 1897, one
commissioner to serve in the place of the one whose
term shall then, expire, as hereinbefore provided, and
the term of all County Commissioners shall be six
years from the date of their respective elections, or
. until their successors are duly elected and qualified;
