Baltimore and Ohio Railroad ; that copies of this re-
port be exchanged for documents of other States, by
the Commissioner of the Land Office; that the said

shall be turned over to the Commissioner of the Land
Office for distribution."

Mr. Frincke, from a Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
House bill entitled an Act to appoint three ad-
ditional Notaries Public for Baltimore city.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Hill, from a Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re enact sec-
tion 86, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Prince George County," sub-title
"Commissioners," and to add four additional sections,
to be designated 86 A, 86 B, 86 C and 86 D.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Strike out the word "four," in line 3 of the title
and insert the word "one."
Also,
In the title, line 3, strike out the words "86 C and
86 D."
Also,
In section one, line 4, strike out the word "four"
and insert the word "one."
Also,
