Mr. Frincke introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to enable the Martini
German Evangelical Luthern Congregation, Unaltered
Augsburg Confession, of Baltimore Maryland, to sell,
lease, dispose of or mortgage and convey its property.

Committee on the Judiciary.
Mr. Field introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to give and grant the
sanction an consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland, to sundry gifts, grants, sales, deeds and
purchases by various persons in this State to or for
the use of sundry religious corporations.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.

Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County,"

favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments chapter 224, of the Acts of 1890,
entitled an Act to repeal sections 61, 69 and 74, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Liquors,
Intoxicating Drinks," and re-enact the same with
amendments.
