LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Frincke,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to enable the
Martini German Evangelical Lutheran Congregation,
Unaltered Augsburg Confession, of Baltimore, Mary-
land, to sell, lease, dispose of of mortgage and convey
its property.
On motion of Mr. Field,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give and grant
the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to sundry gifts, grants, sales, deeds and
purchases by various persons in this State to and for
the use of sundry religious corporations therein
named.
