On motion of Mr. Fockler,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill to sanction the bequest of
Elizabeth O. Lane to the Home and Foreign Mission-
ary Society of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in
the United States of North America, and to the Trinity
Lutheran Church of Smithsburg, Maryland, and the
cemetery attached thereto, in Washington county, Md.
Also,
Leave was, granted to the Committee on the Judi-
eiary to introduce a bill to add an additional section to
Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, under the title of "Testamentary," sub-
title, "Orphans' Court," to follow section 250 of said
Act, to be designated as "Section 250 A/'
On motion of Mr. Gaver,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to sanction
the bequests to the Reverend E. R. Eschbach, and to
the Evangelical Reformed Church of Frederick, by
the name of the Consistory of the Evangelical Re-
formed Church of Frederick county, and to the Con-
sistory of the Evangelical Reformed Church of Fred-
erick City, contained in the last will of Joshua Bruner,
late of Frederick county, State of Maryland, deceased.
On motion of Mr. McSherry,
Leave was granted to the Frederick County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an
additional section to Article 11 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "Frederick County,"
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," to
be known as "Section 289A," creating a Police Jus-
tices of the Peace for Election District No. 2, in Fred-
erick county.
On motion of Mr. Bowie,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's County
Delegation to introduce a bill relating to roads and
bridges in Prince George's county.
On motion of Mr. Cornthwaite,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
