On motion of Mr. Young,
Leave was granted to the Allegany County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act, to repeal
sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19,
21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 36,
of chapter 132, of the Acts passed at the January Ses-
sion, 1890, of the General Assembly of Maryland,
titled "Allegany County," sub-title "Lonaconing."
On motion of Mr. Joyce,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to appropriate the
sum of $200, to pay the claim of John C. Boessel.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to appropriate the
sum of $200, to pay the claim of John C. Boessel.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 67, of Article
27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Dis-
turbance of the Public Peace."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an
additional section to Article 27, of the Code of Publie
General Laws, relating to "Crimes and Punishments,"
under the sub-heading "Fraud by Drivers of Cabs or
Hackney Carriages."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments section 68, of Article 27, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Drunkenness
and Disorderly Conduct."
On motion of Mr. Grove, of Frederick,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Temperance
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to prohibit the sale
of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager beer at the
Sugar Loaf School House, in Urbana District, Freder-
ick county, Maryland, and within two and one-half
miles thereof.
