On motion of Mr. Stearns,
Leave was granted to the Harford County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
the County Commissioners of Harford county to grant
a pension to Adelia A. Crauley, a blind and helpless
resident of said county.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Harford County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tions 1 and 2, of chapter 490, passed at the January
Session of 1890, entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of this State, title "Harford County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl."
On motion of Mr. Fuld,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to provide for
an equitable adjustment between vendor and vendee,
in cases of default, where sales of personalty are made
on the installment plan in Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Franklin,
Leave was granted to the Worcester County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact sections 56 and 57, of Article 24, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-
title "Birds and Game."
On motion of Mr. Griffith,
Leave was granted to the Montgomery County Dele-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add a new
section to Article 16, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Roads,"
to follow after section 177, and to be numbered
"177 A."
On motion of Mr. Haines,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give and
grant the devise and bequests of Wm. F. Lurabaugh
and Sarah A. Sullivan, deceased, to Trinity Reformed
Church of Manchester, Carroll county.
