by the Police Justice of the Peace of election Dis-
trict No. 2, in Frederick county, of persons charged
with violating any of the ordinances of the Mayor and
Aldermen of Frederick, and to repeal section 183, and
to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 238,
253 and 255, of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled "Frederick County," sub-
title "Frederick."

House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay William H. Ford, late Collector of State
Taxes in Kent county, the amount over-paid by him
into the State Treasury.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claims of the Commissioners of
Charities and Corrections for Frederick county.
Also,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Frederick County," sub-title
"Justices of the Peace and Constables,'5 to be known
as "Section 289 A," creating a Police Justice of the
Peace for Election District No. 2, in Frederick county.
