Court," and to be called section "227 A," authorizing
the Governor to designate and commission one of the
three Judges of the Orphans' Court as Cllief Judge,
and to ratify and confirm the acts' of the Governor in
making such designation and issuing such commis-
sions, and vesting in each of said persons so desig-
nated and commissioned as Chief Judge full power
and authority as such, and confirming all writs and
other process tested by them as such.
