Anne Arundel County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to assist in defraying the expense incurred in
erecting a monument on the battle ground of Antietam,
in this State, to the soldiers of the Fifth Regiment
Maryland Volunteers, who fell in that battle.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 155, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland,
entitled "Carroll County," sub-title "Taneytown,"
and re-enact the same so as to read as follows.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Carroll County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments section 214 and 214 A, of Article 2,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arun-
del County," sub-title "Sheriff," as said respective
sections appear in chapter 395 and 503, of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1890, and to
add a new section to said Article to follow immediately
after section 214 A, to be designated as 214 B.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Anne Arundel County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
section 199, of Article 15, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title "Sheriff," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a read a first time, and referred to
the Kent County Delegation and Mr. Michaels.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Central Railway Company.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
