ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Bittinger, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Michaels, Young. Stottle-
myer, Hosken and Buckey, be excused for non-
attendance at last night's session on account of delay
of trains.
On motion of Mr. Buckey, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Barber be excused on account of
sickness.
On motion of Mr. Franklin, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Wilkinson be excused from at-
tendance on Thursday's and Monday's session on
account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Ireland, it was
Ordered, That Hon. E. F. Lane be excused from
attendance on to-day's session on account of very im-
portant business.
