Maryland Agricultural College and the Maryland
Experiment Station, and report to the General Assem-
bly of Maryland the condition of the same, and what
changes, if any, are needed to promote the usefulness
of the institutions.

be authorized to act as a Joint Committee.

prayer by the Rev. Mr. Nicols.
