1892.] OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.
House and one on the part of the Senate, to visit the
Maryland Agricultural College and the Maryland
Experiment Station, and report to the General Assem-
bly of Maryland the condition of the same, and what
changes, if any, are needed to promote the usefulness
of the institutions.
We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
Collins and Hill.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.
Mr. Brashears submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
January 18th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
We respectfully propose, with the concurrence of
your Honorable Body, that the Committee of the res-
pective Houses on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries-
be authorized to act as a Joint Committee.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.
On motion of Mr. Berret,
The House, at 9.20, adjourned.
TUESDAY, January 19th, 1892.
The House met at 11 A. M., and was opened with
prayer by the Rev. Mr. Nicols.
Present at the call of the roll the following mem-
