section 9, of Article 83 of the Code of Public General

House bill entitled an Act to refund to Philip Funk,
of Washington county, Md., the sum of $20.83, erro-
neously paid into the State Treasury.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 247, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Sabbath Break-
ing," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
