On motion of Mr. Laird,
Leave was granted to the Montgomery County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
sections 61 and 64, of Article 16, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws, title "Montgomery County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," and sections 124, 125 and
126, of said Article 10. sub-title "Juries, State's Wit-
nesses, Crier and Bailiffs," and sections 218 and 219
of said Article 16, sub-title "Taxes," and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to add a new section
to said Article 16, to numbered 220.
On motion of Mr Moore.
Leave was granted to the Wicomico County Delega-
tion to introduce n, bill entitled an Act to repeal chap-
ter 149, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
an Act for the further protection of partridges and
quail in Worcester and Wicomico counties, so far as
the same relates to the Seventh Election District of
Wicomico county.
On motion of Mr. Leeds,
Leave was granted to the Carroll County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to prohibit gaming
and allowing and permitting gaming by minors in
Carroll county.
On motion of Mr. Haines,
Leave was granted to the Carroll County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
236, of Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
the State of Maryland, relating to the city of West-
minster, in Carroll county, as amended by section 236,
chapter 292, of the Acts of 1890, and to re-enact the
same in an amended form.
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Talbott County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Talbot County," sub-title "Oysters."
