House bill entitled an Act authorizing and directing:
H. Fillmore Lankfoid, Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Somerset county, to refund illegal fines for alleged
violations of the Local Oyster Laws for said county.
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate the sum of
money mentioned therein to pay the claims of T. Lee
Mattingly, Charles Bowie, B. J. Sedwick, R. M. Code,
J., S. Snowden, and others for services rendered in State
Tobacco Warehouses Nos. 1 and 2.
Hcftse bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Sisters of Charity
of Saint Joseph's, in Frederick county, Acts of 1817,
chapter 95.
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Board of Police Commissioners for the city of Bal-
timore to purchase or lease ground in the 21st and
22d wards of said city and to have erected thereon a
suitable station house or houses.
Bouse bill entitled an Act to repeal section 5, of
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Adultery," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article —. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Carroll County," sub-title "Roads."
House bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Caroline county to ap-
point an additional constable for the First Election
District of Caroline county.
House bill entitled an Act to extend the privileges,
enlarge the powers and amend the charter of the Salis-
bury Permanent Building and Loan Association of
Wicomico county.
House bill entitled an Act to add certain sections to
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," sub title "Police," to come in
after section 756, and to be designated as sections 756
A, 756 B and 756 C.
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 24, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Worcester County," sub-title "Oysters and
Fish," to be known as 171 A.
