House bill entitled an Act to organize and equip a
Battery of Light Artillery in Frederick county.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 111 and 112, of Article 16,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery,"
sub-title "Non Residents."
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 388,
389, 390, 391, 392, 893, 394, 395 and 396, inclusive, of
Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, title "City of
Baltimore," sub-title "Commissioners of Pharmacy
and Practical Chemistry."
House bill entitled an Act to enable the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to accept the transfer of
the city's 6 per cent, stock in which the Peabody In-
stitute fund is now invested and in consideration
thereof to issue other stock to an amount not exceed-
ing five hundred thousand dollars to said fund.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 35, of Article 33, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections."
House bill entitled an Act to legalize and make
valid two books entitled Plats No. 1 and Plats No. 2,
