House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 644,
645 and 646, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore, sub-title "Licenses,"
which relates to dealers in hay, straw and husk
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Allegany County," sub-title "County
Tax Collector.
House bill entitled an Act to carry section 1, of
Article 7, of the Constitution of Maryland, so far as
the same relates to Carroll county, and to repeal sec-
tion 18, of Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Carroll County," sub-title "County Commis-
sioners," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
House bill entitled an Act to sanction the bequest
contained in the last will and testament of Savilla
Bankert, late of Carroll county, Maryland, deceased,
to the trustees of Saint Matthew's congregation of
Pleasant Valley, Carroll county, Maryland.
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections A, B.
C, D, E, F, G, H and K, of Article 20, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Somerset County," sub-title
"Oysters," Acts 1890, chapter 269.
Were severally read a second time, and ordered en-
grossed for a third reading.

money to pay Wm. H. Taylor, flag hoister, Robert
Bellis, assistant postmaster, and Benjamin Sevier,
keeper of cloak room.
