On motion of Mr. Thompson, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Carter, Field, Fitzgerald,
Sanders, Fox, Brennan, Gallagher, O'Conor, Frincke,
Cornthwaite and Joyce be excused from attendance
on to-night's session
On motion of Mr. Gaver, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Grove, of Frederick, be excused
from to night's session, on account of important busi-
ness.
On motion of Mr. Laird, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Griffith be excused from to-
night's session, and until further order of the House,
on account of illness.
On motion of Mr. Anderson, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Green be excused from to-night's
session, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Wallen, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Godwin and Bryan be excused
from attending to-night's session, on account of im-
portant business.
On motion of Mr. Orrick, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Schlaffer be excusing from attend-
ing to-night's session.
On motion of Mr. Smith, it was
Ordered, That the folders of this House be instructed
to mark on the wrappers of documents folded by them
the names of said documents.

LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Miles,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
sections 104 and 105, of Article 10, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-
title "County Commissioners," and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to add three additional
sections thereto, relating to the numbers, term and
compensation of County Commissioners for said
county.
