that the Mayor himself shall be ex-officio a member
of the Police Board,
Also,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore," to be known as "Section 806 A,":
providing for the payment of money into Court under
condemnation proceedings in certain cases.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation'
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to issue the
stock of said corporation to an amount not exceeding
six millions of dollars for building a Court House and
securing the necessary ground therefor; for the open-
ing, widening, repaying and paving of streets; the
construction of sewers and bridges ; the supplying of
school buildings ; the laying of conduits for telegraph
and other wires; the preparation of a topographical
map of the Twenly-First and Twenty-Second Wards,
and for other permanent public improvements, and to
authorize the submission of and ordinance fofthat
purpose to the legal voters of said city,
Also,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
810 of Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, title, "City
of Baltimore," sub-title, "Streets, Bridges and High-
ways, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to tntroduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to levy special
assessments, and to provide f or the collection thereof,
upon property binding on street, lane or alley of sade
city, or part thereof, which may have been graded,
paved or kerbed, or regraded, repaved or rekerbed,
under an ordinance or ordinances of the Mayor and
City Council, which ordinance provided for the assess-
ing of the whole or any portion of the cost of such
work upon the property binding upon such street,
