lane or alley, or part thereof, and which assessment
from any cause have not been fully collected by said
Mayor and City Council.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to provide con-
duits, and to require all telegraph, telephone, electric
light or other wires to be removed from the streets,
lanes and alleys of said city, and placed in said con-
duits, and to prescribe reasonable rentals for the use
thereof, and to authorize the appointment of an Elec-
trical Commission for said city.
On motion of Mr. Hill,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to carry into effect
section 1, of Article 7, of the Constitu tion as amended
by vote of the people that occurred on Tuesday, the
3d day of November, 1891, relating to the term of
office of County Commissioners.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
The hour of 8:30 P. M., having arrived the House
considered unfinished business, being the following
message introduced by Mr. Laird, January 14th:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
January 14th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honor-
able Body, the appointment of a Joint Special Com-
mittee, to be known as the "Committee on County
Commissioners," and composed of three members on
the part of the Senate and five members on the part
of the House of Delegates, to which shall be referred
all bills and leaves to introduce bills relating to the
terms, powers, duties, etc., of County Commissioners.
