On motion of Mr. Perrie,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to pro-
vide for the building of a school house for white chil-
dren in the Fourth Election District of Prince George's
county and State of Maryland.
On motion of Mr. Johnson,
Leave was granted to the Caroline County Delega-
tion and Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, to introduce a bill
entitled an Act ro authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Caroline county to appoint an additional
constable for the First Election District of Caroline
county.
On motion of Mr. Carter,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add certain sec-
tions to Article 5, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Police," to come
in after section 756, and to be designated as "Section
756 A, 756 B and 756 C."
On motion of Mr. Brashears,
Leave was gianted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled an
Act to repeal section 118, of Article 35. of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Kent County," sub-title
"Fish and Terrapins," and to repeal sections 168, 171,
172, 173 and 174, of Article 18, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Queen Anne's County," sub-title
"Fish and Terrapins," and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 18, of Article 39, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-
title "Patuxent," and to add two new sections to said
Article 39, to follow immediately after section 89, and
to be designated as "Sections 89 A and 89 B."
On motion of Mr. Bryan,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article 23, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Corporations," sub-title "Insurance De-
partment, to be known as "Section 143."
