On motion of Mr. Sellman,
Leave was granted to the Carroll County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 18,
of Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Carroll County," sub-title "County Commissioners,"
and to re enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Schlaffer,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate
the town of East Baltimore City, in Baltimore county.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled tin Act to provide for
an additional justice of the Peace in the Sixth,
Eighth and Twelfth Districts of Baltimore county.
On motion of Mr. Sappington, of Anne Arundel,
Leave was granted to the Anne Arundel County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to re-
peal section 10(5, of Article 77, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Public Education," sub-title
"Sources of Income," so tar as the same applies to
Anne Arundel county.
On motion of Mr. Elliott,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to prevent the
sale of fermented or spirituous liquors or lager beer
within a radius of one mile and a-half from the point
of crossing of the Baltimore & Yorktown Turnpike
and the Northern Central Railway at Parkton, in Bal-
timore county.
On motion of Mr. Miles,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries to introduce a bill entitled an
Act to repeal section 239, of Artiple 10, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-
title "Oysters," and to re enact the same with amend-
ments.
On motion of Mr. Hill,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add a
new section to Article 17, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title
