On motion of Mr. Laird, it was
Ordered, That the sitting of the House to-night,
heretofore ordered, shall be devoted to the considera-
tion cf local bills on the secoi d and third reading
files, to which there is no objection.
Mr. Grove, of Frederick, submitted the following

LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Griffith,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Inspections
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
45, of Article 45, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Inspections," sub-title "Tobacco," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Laird,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
iciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 243, of Article 95, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title
"Register Wills," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
