STATE OF MARYLAND,
EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT.
Annapolis, February 23d, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
I have the honor to return to your Honorable Body,
without my approval, House bill No 21, entitled "An
Act to enlarge and extend the powers and franchises
of the Glyndon Permanent Building Association of
Baltimore county, so as to enable it to make loans on
promissory notes and purchase evidences of debt "
My objections are that the provisions are too gen-
eral and that it confers upon the Association banking
and other privileges not contemplated by the general
law authorizing the formation of such corporations.
FRANK BROWN,
Governor.
Which was read.
