Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
I have the honor to transmit herewith an official
copy of the receipt given February 17th, 1892, by the
Honorable Spencer C. Jones, Treasurer of Maryland,
to the Honorable Edwin H. Brown, the late Treasurer,
for all the bonds, stocks, &c., belonging to the several
State Sinking Funds, including all other bonds, cer-
tificates of stock, and all other property enumerated
in the receipt aforesaid.
