of Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County,"
sub-title "Birds and Game."
Also,
Leave was granted to the Worcester County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an
additional section to Article 24, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title
"Oysters and Fish," to be known as 171 A.
On motion of Mr. Grove, of Cecil,
Leave was granted to the Cecil County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add two new sec-
tions to Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Cecil County," sub-title "County Commis-
sioners," to follow immediately after section 106, and
to be designated as sections 106 A and 106 B
On motion of Mr. Wallen,
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to author-
ize and direct the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's county, to grant an annual pension to John
Blackstone, and levy it on assessable property of
said county.
On motion of Mr. Sanders,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give and
grant the sanction of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the acquiring, holding and disposing by the
South Baltimore Free Methodist Society of Balti-
more.
On motion of Mr. O'Conor,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize and
direct the Board of Police Commissioners of Balti-
more city to place Geo. W. Baily, ex-police officer,
on the pension list of said board.
INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.
Mr. Sams introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 40, of
Article 17, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Clerk of the Court of Appeals," and to re enact the
same with amendments.
