of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county.
On motion of Mr. Hamilton.
Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sections
six hundred and forty-five and six hundred and forty-
six, of Article four, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "City of Baltimore, sub-title "Licenses," which
relates to dealers in hav, straw or husk.
On motion of Mr. Brashears,
Leave was granted to Anne Arundel County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
sections 253, 254 and 255, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," and to re enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Meredith,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorpo-
rate the town of Hurlock in Dorchester county.
On motion of Mr. Haines,
Leave was granted to the Carroll County Delegation
to introduce o bill entitled an Act to add additional
sections to Article 7, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Carroll County," sub-title "Roads," to be
designated sections 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144 and
145.
On motion of Mr. Gaver,
Leave was granted to the Frederick County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
the Burgess and Commissioners of Middletown, Fred-
erick county, Maryland, to issue bonds for the pur-
pose of contstructing, operating and keeping in repair
water works for said town.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to enlarge and
extend the powers and franchises of the M. J. Grove
Lime Company of Frederick county, Maryland, and to
empower said company to increase its capital stock.
On motion of Mr. Franklin,
Leave was granted to the Worcester County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
