On motion of Mr. Laird,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments seetion 205, of Article 16,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery,"
sub-title "Trustee."
On motion of Mr, Orrick,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to declare the
sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
holding of a certain lot of ground by the English
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Reisterstown.
On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sec-
tion 40, of Article 17, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Clerks of Court," sub-title "Clerk of the
Court of Appeals," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
On motion of Mr. Carr,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judi-
ciary to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments section 127, of Article 56, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Brokers," relating to stock brokers.
On motion of Mr. Schlaffer,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate
the Baltimore County Gas Light and Fuel Company.
