Nichols the sum of $6.60 for State taxes erroneously
paid into the State Treasury.

House bill entitled an Act to refund to Wm. A.
Lyon, Collector of Taxes in the Seventh Election Dis-
trict of St. Mary's County, a sum of money erroneously
paid by him into the Treasury of the State.

Mr. Sams introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 4 of the Constitution of this State.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Amendments to the Constitution.
Mr. Collins introduced,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and
2, of Article 61, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled "Manures and Fertilizers," as amended by the
Acts of 1890, and to re-enact the same with amed-
ments.

RESOLUTIONS.
Mr. Orrick introduced a resolution requiring every
savings bank in this, and every incorporated institu-
tion in this State who receives deposits, to report to
the House of Delegates on or before March 10th,
1892.
