gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
sections 55 to 89, inclusive, of Article 56, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Licenses," under the
respective sub-titles "Spirituous or Fermented Liquors
by Retailers," "Ordinary Keeper," "Oyster or Eating
Houses" and "Penalties," so far as the same apply to
Frederick county, and to add eight new sections to
Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Frederick County," under the sub-title "Liquor and
Intoxicating Drinks," to follow section 311, to be
designated as sections 311 A, B, C, D. E, F, G and H.
On motion of Mr. Carter.
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to enable the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to appropriate
a sum of money for the relief of the Baltimore Manual
Labor School for Indigent Boys.
On motion of Mr. Bittinger,
Leave was granted to the Garrett County Delegation
and Mr. Wilson to introduce a bill entitled an Act to
repeal and re-enact with amendments section 214, of
Article 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Garrett County," sub-title "Sheep."
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1
and 2, of Article 61, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Manures and Fertilizers," as amended
by chapter 389, of the Acts of 1890, and re-enact the
same with amendments.
