LEAYES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Frincke,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 1, of chapter
91, of the Acts passed at the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1890, entitled an Act to amend Article 56
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses,"
sub-title "Traders."
On motion of Mr. Gallagher,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore City Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to regulate the use
of telephones in Baltimore city and fixing the charges
therefor.
On motion of Mr. Combs,
Leave was granted to the St. Mary's County Dele-
gation and Mr. Lane to introduce a bill entitled an
Act authorizing the County Commissioners of St.
Mary's county to appropriate a sum of money suffi-
cient to build a school-house for white children, in the
Seventh Election District of said county, at a site to
be decided upon by the School Board.
