Leave was granted to the St. Mary's County Dele-
gation and Mr. Lane to introduce a bill entitled an
Act to provide for the appointment of a County Treas-
urer for St. Mary's county
Also,
Leaye was granted to the St. Mary's County Dele-
gation and Mr. Lane to introduce a bill entitled an
Act prescribing the compensation and regulating the
sessions of the Orphans' Court on St. Mary's county.
Also,
Leave was granted to the St. Mary's County Dele-
gation and Mr. Lane to introduce a bill entitled an
Act to provide for the repairs of the public roads in
St. Mary's county.
On motion of Mr. Carrico,
Leave was granted to the Charles County Delega-
tion and Mr. Hill to introduce a bill entitled an Act
to authorize, empower and require the County Com-
missioners of Charles county to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the registers of Charles county for tran-
scribing the names of voters from the old registers to
the duplicate registers, as required by chapter five
hundred and seventy-three of the Acts of 1890.
Also,
Leave was gianted to the Charles County Delega-
tion and Mr. Hill to introduce a bill entitled an Act
to add an additional section to the Code of Public
Local Laws, Article 9, t;tlf "Charles County," sub-
title "Roads and Bridges," to follow after section
160, and to be designated as 160 A, to regulate the
hauling of heavy timbers for commercial purposes
over the public roads of said county.
On motion of Mr. Schlaffer,
Leavr was granted to the Baltimore County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to author'ze
and empower the County Commissioners of Baltimore
connty to build a new bridge across Back River, in
-said county, in place of the old Eastern Avenue
bridge, and to levy a sum of money for that purpose.
