Gentlemen of the Senate :
We have received your message inviting this House
to be present in the Senate Chamber at 12 o'clock,
noon, to-day, to participate in the inauguration of
the Governor-elect, and we respectfully concur therein.
Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.
The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We respectfully propose, with the concurrence of
your Honorable Body, the appointment of a Joint
Committee of two on the part of the Senate, and three
on the part of the House, to wait upon the Judges of
the Court of Appeals to invite them to be present at
the inauguration ceremonies of the Governor-elect.
