the Senate and three on the part of the House, to
wait upon the Judges of the Court of Appeals to invite
them to be present at the inauguration ceremonies of
the Governor-elect and respectfully concur therein.
We have named on the part of the House. Messrs.
Sams, Miles and McSherry.

Which was read, assented to and sent to the Senate.
The Speaker named as such committee, Messrs.
Sams, Miles and McSherry.
The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message :
BY THE SENATE,
January 13th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We propose with the concurrence of your Honorable
Body, that when the two Houses adjourns this week,
they stand adjourned until Monday next at 8 P. M.

Secretary.

Mr. Carr submitted the following message:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

Gentlemen of the Senate:
We have received your message proposing that
'vhen the two Houses adjourn this week, they stand
adjourned until next Monday, at 8 P. M., and respect-
fully concur therein.
