Article 9, Public General Laws, title "Attachments,"
and to re-enact the same.
Mr. Sellman, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to pay Ross Compton,
late Collector of Taxes for Garrett county, the amount
of money over-paid by him into the State Treasury
for 1888 and 1889.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay Louis H. Relin $122.75, as commission
on money collected by him as Collector and Treasurer
of the city of Annapolis.
Mr. Collins, from the Committee on Agriculture, re-
ported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to establish the manu-
facture of binder twine, cord, rope, &c , in the Mary-
land Penitentiary.
