Leave was granted to the Prince George's County
Delegation to introduce a bill to repeal section 165
and 166, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title " Prince George's County, " sub-title
"Hyattsville," as repealed, re-enacted and amended
by chapter 355, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
Session of 1890, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add an additional section providing for
assessments, to be known as "Section 166 A."
On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpar-
ations to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 128, of Article 23, Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Corporations," sub-title "Insurance
Department," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
100, 101, 102 and 103, of Article 27, Code of Public
General Laws, title "Fraud," sub-title "Fruit and
Vegetable Packing."

Mr. Anderson introduced House bill entitled an Act
to refund to John H. Giles, late collector of State taxes
for the Second Collection District of Somerset county,
certain moneys paid by him into the Treasury of the
State.
Which was read first time, and referred to the
Committee on Claims.
Mr. Sams introduced House bill entitled an Act to
repeal sections 100, 101 and 103, of Article 27, of the
Code of Public General Laws of the State of Mary-
land, title "Fraud," sub-title "Fruit and Vegetable
Packing."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary.
Also introduced House bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 41, of Article 39, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, entitled "Fish and Fisheries," sub-title
"Potomac," so far as the same applies to black bass
