On motion of Mr. Hutchins,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's and Anne
Arundel County Delegations to introduce a bill en-
titled an Act to establish a free bridge over the Patux-
ent River, at or near the present site of Hill's Bridge,
and to provide for free travel from Anne Arundel to
Prince George's county.
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Claims to
introduce a bill entitled an Act to refund to Alex.
Barnett, administrator of A. H. Barnett, deceased,
late of Talbot county, the sum of $44.29. for taxes
paid in error into the State Treasury.
On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
cities to issue bonds for the building and equipping
or purchase of gas or electric light plant, and to estab-
lish a system of gas or electric light works, and to se-
cure the payment of all such bonds.
On motion of Mr. Ellegood,
Leave was granted to the Wicomico County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to prohibit the
granting of a license for the sale of spirituous and
fermented liquors in School District No. 3, of the
Ninth Election District of Wicomico comity.
On motion of Mr. Hill,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to re-
peal section 153, of Article 17, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title
"Hyattsville," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Also,
Leave was granted to the Prince George's County
Delegation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to re-
peal and re enact with amendments, sections 206, 207,
220 und 237, of the Acts of 1890, chapter 201, entitled
an Act to repeal and re-enact certain sections of Ar-
ticle 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Prince George's County," sub title "'Laurel," and to
add additional sections thereto.
