On motion of Mr. Wallen, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Bryan be excused from attend-
ance on to-day' ssession, on account of important busi-
ness.
Also,
Ordered, That Mr. Godwin be excused for non-
attendance on to-day's session, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Maddox, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Carrico be excused from attend-
ance on to-day's session, on account of business.
On motion of Mr. Gaver, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Sappington, of Frederick, be
excused from to-day's session, on account of sickness.
Also,
Ordered, That Mr. Grove, of Frederick, be excused
from to-day's session, on account of important busi-
ness.
On motion of Mr Wilkinson, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Hayman be excused on account
of sickness in his family.
On motion of Mr. Buckey, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Barber, Hosken and Young
be excused from to-day's session, on account of press-
ing business.
On motion of Mr. Tracey, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Haslup be excused from attend-
ance on to-day's session.
On motion of Mr. Grove, of Cecil, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Beeks be excused from to-day's
session.
On motion of Mr, Griffith, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Laird be excused from to-day's
session, on account of business.
On motion of Mr. Anderson, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Green be excused from to-day's
