the Gereral Assembly of Maryland, at the December
Session of the year 1849, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, and to add additional sections
thereto, entitled "Section 2 A, section 2 B, section
2 C and section 2 D."
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 225, of Article 16, of the
Code of Public General Laws, chapter 86, of the Acts
of 1890.
Senate bill entitled an Act in relation to the sen-
tences of convict minors'.
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 653 B, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title
"Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks," as enacted by
chapter 343 of the Acts of 1890.
Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit any corpora-
tion which under the laws of this State Shall act as
trustees, executors, administrators. &c.. as fully as a
natural person, without bond or security, other than
its own obligations from incurring the liability of a
security upon any bond.
Which were severally read a first time, and referred
to the Committee on the Judiciary.
Senate bill entitled an Act to exempt from taxation
certain property of the Bel Air Water Company of
Harford county.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Harford County Delegation.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 56, of
Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Harford County," sub-title "Collections," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Harford County Delegation.
Senate bill entitled an Act to amend article 81, of
the Code of Public Gen ral Laws, title "Revenue and
Taxes," sub title "Sales by Collectors."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judiciary.
