Mr. Hill moved a suspension of the rules, in order
to put said bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 121
of the Acts of 1890, authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's county to issue bonds,
Upon its second reading.
The rules were, suspended, two-thirds of all mem-
