House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 75, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Pleading, Practice and Process."
Which report was adopted.
Mr. Carter, from the Committee on Judiciary, re-
ported favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 89, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Statistics and Information as to Branches of Indus-
try," and to re-enact the same with amendments.
Which 'Was read a first time.
Mr. Carter moved a suspension of the rules, in order
to put said bill entitled an Act to repeal Artiele 89,
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Statistics and Information as to Branches of Indus-
try," upon its second reading.
The rules were suspended, (two-thirds of all the mem-
bers-elect) voting in the affirmative, by yeas and nays,
as follows:

Said bill was then read a second time and ordered
to be engrossed for a third reading.

the Acts of 1890 entitled an Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Prince George's county to
issue bonds, &c., and to re-enact the same with amend-
