Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize,
empower and require the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county to appropriate a sum of money to
pay the registers of voters of Baltimore county for
transcribing the names of voters from the old regis-
tries to the duplicate registries, as required by chap-
ter five hundred and seventy-three, of the Acts of
1890.
On motion of Mr. Leonard,
Leave was granted to the Talbot County Delegation
to introduce a bill to enlarge the powers of the County
Commissioners of Talbot county to enable them to
issue bonds.
On motion of Mr. Green,
Leave was granted to the Somerset County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act for the protec-
tion of birds and game and prevent trespassing with
dog or gun on private property in Somerset county.
On motion of Mr. Smith,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize
the Cambridge Female Seminary, the Cambridge Male
Academy and the Board of County School Commis-
sioners of Dorchester county, to enter into an arrange-
ment in reference to education in the town of Cam-
bridge.
On motion of Mr. Miles,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester and Talbot
Delegations to introduce a bill entitled an Act to re-
peal chapter 476, of the Acts of 1890, entitled an Act
for the better protection of fish, crabs, oysters and
terrapins in the waters of Talbot county, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Garrett,
Leave was granted to the Washington County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an
additional section to the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled "Washington County," sub-title "County
Commissioners," to be known as "Section 117 A."
