LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill providing for the taxation
of mortgages and debts secured by mortgages in this
State, for State, county and municipal purposes.
On motion of Mr. Laird,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
296, of Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Corporations,'' sub title "Process," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Elliott,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 205 A, of Article 93, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Testamentary Law," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
