Sanders, Frincke, Carr, Cornthwaite, loyce, Smith,,
of Washington, Fockler, Shafer, Garrett, Laird,
Griffith, Barber, Buckey, Young, Hosken, Sr., Stottle-
myer, Haines, Sellman, Berret, Leeds, Tracey, Haslup,

ORDERS.
On motion of Mr. Orrick, it was
Ordered, That Mr Monmonier be excused from at-
tendance upon to-day's session.
On motion of Mr. Bryan, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Godwin and Wallen be ex-
cused from to-day's session, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr. Grove, it was
Ordered, That the folding rooms of the House of
Delegates be kept open from 10 o'clock to 12 M., and
from 4 to 6 P. M., on each day in which the House is
in session, except such days as the House lias ad-
journed over for the week; also during the sessions of
the House, and the Chief Folder be and is hereby in-
structed to have this order properly executed.
On motion of Mr. Hayman, it was
Ordered, That Mr, Bevard be excused from to-day's
session, on account of important business.
On motion of Mr. Griffith, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Canby be excused from attend-
ance to-day, on account of sickness.
Mr. Collins submitted the following order, viz:
On account of the increased labor imposed upon the
Engrossing Clerks of this House, caused by amend-
ment of Rule 5, requiring all general bills to be pre-
sented on bill paper, with the leave.
Therefore, be it ordered, That the Speaker be and he
is hereby directed to appoint two additional Engross-
ing Clerks, to facilitate the work of this House.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on
Engrossed Bills.
