Said bill was then sent to the Senate.
The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:
House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 157,
160, 163, 164, 166 and 174, of Article eleven of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Fred-
erick County," sub-title "Frederick," relating to the
Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick, and to re-enact
said sections with amendments.
Endorsed: "Reported favorably from a Select
Committee and read a second time, two thirds of all
the Senators concurring by yeas and nays."
Rules suspended, read a third time, and passed by
yeas and nays.
Also,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 32, of
A rticle 12, Code of Public Local Laws, title ' 'Gar-
rett County," sub-title "County Commissioners."
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Garrett County Delegation and Mr. Young.
