Mr. McSherry, from Committee on Printing, re-
ported favorably the following order heretofore re-
ferred to said committee, viz:
Ordered, That 500 copies of the Governor's Message
be printed in pamphlet form for the use of the mem-
bers of the House of Delegates, the cost of the same
not to exceed seventy five dollars.
Which was read, and adopted.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. McSherry, from a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to provide for the trial
by the Police Justice of the Peace of Election
District No. 2, in Frederick county, of persons
charged with violating any of the ordinances of the
Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick, and to repeal sec-
tion 183, and to repeal and re-enact with amendments
sections 238, 253 and 255, of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "Fred-
erick County," sub-title "Frederick."
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws
