House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 202 to
215, of Article 24, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Worcester County," sub-title
"Pocomoke."
Which was read a" first time.
Mr. Ireland, from a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably, with proposed amendments,
Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 5, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Calvert County," sub title "Roads," to follow
immediately after section 124, and to be designated
as "Sections 124 A, 124 B, 124 C, 124 D, 124 E, and
124 F."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
IP the title of the Act, strike out "and," between
124 E and 124 F, and after 124 F, add, "and 124 G."
Also,
In section 1, 4th line, strike out "and," and after
124 F, and "124 G."
Also add after section 124 F, "124 G," that no
public road in Calvert county shall be opened or
altered, except by and with the approval and consent
of the road commissioners of said county, who are
hereby authorized and empowered to sit with the
County Commissioners of said county at the hearing
of all applications for the opening and altering of said
public road.

Mr. Smith, of Dorchester, from a Select Committee,
reported favorably, with proposed amendments :
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 185, of
Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County." sub-title "Fish," as the same
was repealed and re-enacted by the Act of 1890, chap-
ter 516, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
