RESOLUTION.
Mr. Collins submitted the following:
MARYLAND SOCIETY
SONS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION,
Annapolis, February 4th, 1892.
At the meeting of the Maryland Society, S. A. R.,
held this evening, the following resolution was unani-
mously adopted:
Resolved, That this Society, in recognition and
appreciation of the courtesy of the members of the
House of Delegates in granting the use of their Hall
for this meeting, tender them their sincere thanks.

LEAVES TO INTRODUCE BILLS.
Mr. Gallagher introduced a bill entitled an Act to
Tepeal section 15, of Article 56, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title "Brokers,"
and to repeal section 18, of said Article, as amended
by chapter 420 of the Acts of 1890.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.
