On motion of Mr. Collins,
Leave was granted to the Talbot County Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter
618 of the Acts of 1890.
On motion of Mr. Gallagher,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Ways and
Means to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal
section 15, of Article 56, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title "Brokers," and to
repeal and re-enact with amendments section 18 of
said Article, as amended by chapter 420 of the Acts
of 1890.
On motion of Mr. Carter,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act sanctioning legacies
under the will of John B. Cunningham.
On motion of Mr. Miles,
Leave was granted to the Dorchester County Dele-
gation to introduce a bill entitled an Act to add an
additional section to Article 10, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Dorchester County," regulating
the pay of witnesses.
On motion motion of Mr. Smith,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give the sanction.
of the General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest
in the will of Rebecca L. Hughes, of Washington
county, to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church of
Hagerstown,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to give the sanction
of the General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest
in the will of Letitia P. Harvey, of Washington county,
to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church of Hagers-
town.
On motion of Mr. Sams,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2
of chapter 87, of the Acts of 1872, entitled an Act for
the protection of the chancery records of Baltimore
city, and to re-enact the same to read as follows :
